The service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the UI design, digital filters, and branding) are and will remain the exclusive property of THE BOOTH TREND and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software.

3. User Content and Conduct

When using our virtual photo booth, you agree not to use the service to create or share content that is:

• Illegal, threatening, defamatory, or abusive.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Designed to distribute spam, viruses, or malicious code.

You retain all rights to the photos you capture using our service. We do not claim ownership over your images.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall THE BOOTH TREND, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
